Milk powder arrives from the drying tower or through big bags. Minor and major ingredients like lactose, vitamins, probiotics and minerals arrive through sacks. These raw materials are then pneumatically conveyed to intermediate storage and transferred afterwards to the dosing and micro-dosing stations to feed by gravity a quick paddle mixer.
This mixer is a completely open type for access in case of inspection and for easy cleaning. The mixed ingredients are pneumatically conveyed in a low-velocity dense phase, suction system. This system configuration preserves all the properties of the mixed product and as such its quality.
