NEU Process has installed all the pneumatic conveying lines of finished or semi-finished products, from the extruders to the dryers, or from the dryers to ovens; and at the circuit end to the waste bins. Considered the short distances and the air treatment inside the building, the dilute phase was chosen to perform all the pneumatic conveying lines. All the equipment is stainless steel food grade with a maximum of smooth surfaces without retention areas (interior, exterior). Many recipe tests are carried out every week, to validate industrial scale feasibility; that's why the equipment was provided for quick removal and easy cleaning.
