Leadership Team Strengthened

Delta NEU Limited, a leading industrial air systems company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Mullen as its new Managing Director, effective 6th July 2023.

With a strong history of success and extensive experience in industrial processing and machinery, Paul brings a wealth of leadership and strategic expertise to Delta NEU. As the new Managing Director Paul will lead the company’s existing growth initiatives and drive innovation, further solidifying Delta NEU’s position as market leader.

Paul joins Delta NEU with executive experience in process systems providers and leading engineering businesses with large capital investment projects globally. Also having led a machine manufacturing business with a clear focus upon after-sales activities and growth. Paul’s industry knowledge and proven ability to drive results will be instrumental in steering Delta NEU towards continued success in an ever-changing landscape.

In accepting the role, Paul expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to lead Delta NEU into its next phase of growth, stating “It’s an honor to join the talented team at Delta NEU, and in the time I have been with them, I am impressed by the commitment to excellence and how customer focused the business is.  Together, we will drive new growth opportunities and exceed our valued customers expectations.”

Peter Dowell, who held the position of Managing Director for over 20 years has accepted the request from the shareholders to become Chairman of Delta NEU. Peter’s knowledge and experience will be invaluable to Paul and the Board of Directors and will continue to contribute to the success of Delta NEU. The company and wider group express its gratitude to Peter for his enormous contributions and leadership. Peter stated: “My extensive time with Delta NEU has been an honor and a pleasure, and I am delighted with my new role in support of Paul and the existing directors, Michaela, Justin, and Chris. I wish them all continued success.”

With the existing leadership team in place and the strengthening of the Board of Directors Delta NEU is looking forward to extending its after-sales market presence and continuing its leading equipment and systems solutions provision to the food, can, corrugated and aerospace industries.
