Each project has specifically engineered systems to meet the needs of the plant layout and process machine types. The installations all use products from the standard Delta NEU product range, used in numerous other industrial applications.

Whilst the primary objective is always ensuring the prolific production speeds can be reliably achieved, maximising the recylcing of waste board and meeting internal and external environmental dust limits are all critical factors.

We take pride in understanding the needs of the production machinery, process and customer requirements when designing our systems so that they can be erected, with the minimum of time and disruption, then commissioned to our customer's specification. After the installation we offer full system service and inspections to ensure a prolonged performance. Today, we know of some Chopper fans originally supllied 40 years ago and regularly rework installations which are 20 years or so old.

Extensive control systems are included to enable operation with process machinery interface using PLC logic, HMI screens and fan motor inverter control.
