Corrugated carton manufacturing produces a significant amount of waste material as off-cuts and trimmings. DELTA NEU Limited offer effective waste extraction systems, based on the Chopper fan and AMSP Separator, to handle the waste for recycling. The nature of the board-making and conversion processes also means dust extraction is often required. Techniques based on the Jetline filter range offer solutions ensuring a clean product, workplace and environment plus the option to recycle the warm air. To replace extracted air and, in areas of the factory producing heat, a general ventilation system using Econoclim evaporative cooling units to provide cooled input air used with Extractair roof units to remove hot or contaminated air.
Can Making
Food and beverage can making produces a significant quantity of trimmed scrap material from the high speed manufacturing process. Using proven scrap extraction techniques, DELTA NEU Limited offers solutions to move the scrap to a central point for reclaiming using the range of Chopper Fans and AMSP Separators. Oil mist and coating fumes are often typical in the process and extraction systems with Oilpack and Deltole filters are used to remove fume and clean the air. The can making process also produces a significant heat load and ventilation systems with Extractair roof units and Econoclim evaporative cooling input units offer cost effective solutions.
