Our Range of Dust Filters
With a large range of dust filters available, we can meet most applications and requirements. The Jetline range of fabric filters is both extensive and the most versatile and offers:
- A wide range of sizes and filtration areas to suit airflow and space availability
- Alternative filter media to suit the nature of the dust, the application and the discharge requirements
- Automatic filter cleaning with energy saving pressure monitoring available
In more specialised applications, particularly those with very low emission requirements, there are Jetpack cartridge filters and Deltajet sintered element filters, which offer discharge levels of below 0.1mg/m3
In certain industries or applications, a wet filtration system is more appropriate. The Aqualine unit has been designed for applications such as sugar coating in cereal manufacturing where the dust is mixed with a vapour, or in the paper industry where a wet recovery system lends itself to recycling in the pulping process.
